Thompson Foundation Celebrates 2026-2027 BGSU Achiever Scholarship Recipients

Excitement, disbelief and happy tears were all part of the Bowling Green State University celebration on March 20, 2026, when BGSU President Rodney Rogers informed nearly 200 BGSU students that they received the Thompson Achiever scholarship for the 2026-2027 school year. Part of the Thompson Working Families Scholarship program, the Achiever scholarship covers most of the tuition for up to three years for selected BGSU students from qualifying working families who have done well in their freshman year at the university.
